Log in or register;

- Select the desired event;

Choose the section and the number of tickets;

- Click on “ticket details” and fill in the name, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), and date of birth of the ticket holders;

Accept the terms of purchase and complete the payment.

How to access the e-ticket

Click on the three lines in the upper left corner;

Go to "My tickets";

- On the ticket you purchased, click on “E-ticket”.

Gratuities

Valid documents

- Teachers: Employee ID card + current payslip + ID card or driver's license with CPF (Brazilian tax identification number);

- Individuals under 21 years of age: National Identity Card (RG) or Driver's License (CNH) with Taxpayer Identification Number (CPF);

- Students: Valid and stamped student ID card + National Identity Card or Driver's License with CPF (Brazilian tax identification number);

- Low-income youth (15–29 years old): Youth ID + National Identity Card or Driver's License with CPF (Brazilian Taxpayer Identification Number);

Cancellation

- It must be done exclusively through the website;

Access your account > Tickets tab > Order Details > Cancel Order;

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days after purchase and up to 48 hours before the event;

Flamengo is not responsible for changes to the date or time of the event.

Rules

The convenience fee will not be refunded.

- Cancellation is allowed up to 7 days after purchase or, if the purchase is made less than 7 days before the match, up to 48 hours before the game;

- No refunds will be given for no-shows;

Cancellation will not be possible if the ticket has already been used.

The ticket cannot be transferred to another match;

- When you cancel, the ticket automatically goes back on sale;

- After the start of the second half, access may be denied by local police, without reimbursement.

Refunding

- Credit card: refund in the following month, according to the card issuer's rules;

- PIX: automatic refund on the same day, visible in the statement of the account used;

- The cancellation rules apply to both general admission fans and season ticket holders;
