Flamengo and Brahma Launch Campaign to Build Ninho Stadium

After teasing a mysterious construction announcement across its digital platforms, Flamengo unveiled its latest initiative on Monday: a partnership with Brahma to mobilise fans in building a new mini stadium at the Ninho do Urubu training centre.
Launched under the banner "Be a Raven, Strengthen the Nest", the campaign offers supporters a direct way to contribute. For every Brahma order placed through Zé Delivery, 10% of the purchase value will be directed toward the stadium construction project.
Flamengo and Brahma reimagined the club's digital presence as an active construction site for the rollout. From Sunday evening through Monday, the club's website headers, social media posts, and featured content displayed a "Closed for Works" notice, maintaining the mystery until the official announcement. The teaser campaign ran for roughly 12 hours before revealing the full scope of the project.
Construction has already begun, marking another milestone in upgrading the Ninho do Urubu — consistently ranked among the world's finest training facilities. Yet despite its world-class infrastructure, the training ground has missed one crucial element: the club's supporters. The new mini stadium will allow Flamengo fans to watch U-20 and Women's Football matches live, creating a vital connection between the club and its fanbase.
The initiative transforms an everyday consumer habit into meaningful participation. Through the campaign's central message — positioning every Brahma purchase as an act of collective club-building — Flamengo has positioned supporters as protagonists in this infrastructure evolution. The club's mascot, Urubão, serves as the campaign's ambassador, embodying the partnership's call to action.
