Flamengo reached the international break following September's FIFA dates with standout Maracanã attendance figures. After 28 rounds of the Campeonato Brasileiro 2026, the club holds three of the competition's largest single-match crowds and leads the tournament in average attendance.
The season's highest attendance came against Palmeiras, drawing 71,205 supporters to Maracanã. That was followed by the draw with São Paulo (70,791 in attendance) and a 2–1 victory over Corinthians (70,112 supporters).

In 14 home fixtures at Maracanã in the 2026 Brasileirão, Flamengo has hosted 874,544 supporters, averaging 62,467 per match.
The figure marks the club's fifth consecutive year atop the Brasileirão's average attendance ranking. For comparison purposes, this data encompasses seasons from 2022 onward. The 2020 and 2021 seasons are excluded from analysis as they were played during the Covid-19 pandemic with limited or no spectator capacity, making direct comparison with subsequent campaigns impractical.
Last season, Flamengo averaged 62,287 supporters at home. In 2024, that figure stood at 54,446; in 2023, 60,631; and in 2022, 57,967.
In the 2026 overall standings, Flamengo leads all clubs with an average of 62,467 supporters per fixture. Corinthians follow with 38,086, ahead of Bahia (34,587), Cruzeiro (34,131), and Grêmio (29,277).
Ten rounds remain before the Campeonato Brasileiro concludes following the international window. Flamengo returns to action on October 8 away to Santos.
